Safety Information:
Remove all packaging before lighting. These candles are designed to liquefy in use. Place on a suitable level surface away from draughts, flammable materials and external heat sources such as a fire or radiator. Protect polished surfaces if necessary. Keep out of reach of pets and children. Trim wick to between 5-8mm prior to lighting. For best results burn for no longer than 3-4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Please retain packaging for future reference.
Refunds and Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from time of purchase to return the goods for exchange or full refund. Items are in their original condition and undamaged and securely packaged. Please send to our storage facility:
